I’m so happy you’re here! I am a birth and postpartum doula in Pittsburgh, PA, here to help you facilitate the birth of your dreams in any way that you need. I felt a calling to this service after the birth of my first daughter, and even more strongly after the birth of my second. My first birth experience was highly medicated and included more interventions than I had realized were possible. When I found out that I was pregnant with my second daughter, I made the decision to take charge of my birth experience. With the help of classes from a doula, I had the unmedicated hospital birth that I had wanted the first time around.

I realized at that point that knowing my options and having the birth that I advocated for was a basic human right, and I made it my mission to educate birthing people on their rights before, during, and after birth.
